Alex Rodriguez

Avila Coaching and Consulting walks with priests into greater freedom through growth in leadership skills. We provide coaching in human formation and accompany priests to discover what is keeping them from being a thriving leader. Our goal is to coach and support priests as they discover who they are as spiritual fathers and step into the abundance of their priesthood.

Alex Rodriguez has a love for the Lord and living the Great Commission. She has been leading people and teams with dynamic leadership skills for over ten years. Her deep empathy and intentionality draws out the potential in others. After serving with FOCUS, Fellowship of Catholic University Students, for seven years she brought her leadership skills to parish life and started Avila Coaching and Consulting.
