Established in 2021 in response to a growing need amongst Catholic leaders and missionaries, Xavier Mission Fund serves the greater Catholic Church at large as a mission agency. We connect Catholic educators and ministers of the Gospel with meaningful mission support. Through a carefully crafted business model, we educate, train, and empower Catholic leaders to have an apostolic mindset and to truly BE ON MISSION.

Missionaries, educators, and organizations
Catholic schools are closing at an alarming rate due in part to a lack of resources and funding. Additionally, recruiting and retaining excellent teachers is becoming nearly impossible. Through a deputized fundraising model, Xavier Mission Fund partners with educators to raise personal support. These resources can then be deployed in the classroom, and ultimately provide the educator with a more livable wage.
